 Kevin Downswell
Kevin Downswell is a Jamaican born Gospel recording artiste, who discovered that he could sing at the age of 13. He won the National JCDC Gospel Festival in 2003 and this was the major launching pad for his ministry. Kevin has been through much and will continue to use what he went through as a tool to touch lives of people with the aim of reminding them that … THEY CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH JESUS CHRIST.
Kevin released his debut album on May 24 2008. “Change is Coming”, “Still Stand”, “Joy”, “Nothing Just Happens”, “Shout”, “Praise”, “I can feel your Glory”, and of course the title track “Close To You” are some of his songs now enjoyed by people across the world and have become dear to their hearts. Mr. Downswell is a worshipper and his relationship with God keeps him always thinking “Out the box”.
He attends Faith Mission Assembly of God, located in Kingston Jamaica. This man of God loves the Lord, and has dedicated his life to ushering people to a special place in God’s Presence. His vision is to have the world experience God in a higher and deeper way with each encounter.
